RSLogix 5000 Help Function

Hello Everyone,

I have tried to access the help function from my RSLogix 5000 but everytime I select a function block on the PLC rung and press F1 to access help instruction, a pop up came up saying 'Failed to launch help'.

What can I do to access help function offline?

Any suggestions

Funny, I was thinking about posting a thread about this the other day. I've pretty much just resorted to using a Studio 5000 program for the help while I'm using RSLogix 5000, which the problem is isolated to for me.

I have a client who recently locked out Internet access on their development computer and we then lost access to help in both Studio and Logix. I haven't tried the Chrome browser fix.
