RSLogix 5000 - Publishers Certificate, Out of Date?

I appear to have an issue with RSLogix 5000 software. It appears that the publishers certificate is out of date.

I am unable to open the software. I am not sure if this is the issue or something else is. If this is not it It most likely has to do with our corp security system Which I will have to did into.

Any thoughts?

Issued by Symantec so I would start with them.
