Rslogix 5000 training

Hi guys
I have been on a couple of logix 5000 course, which I would like to better myself, need more knowledge and help in doing so, is there any video's on the net to help would like to find out about data logging, fifo, Gsv,anything that would make me a better programmer ( I am still new to plc programming)

There are lots of programs over there, download them and try to understand how they work, use help from rslogix 5000.
