Does your workstation customizations save to that project when other people open it?

Workstation Options are computer settings. Those settings apply to the computer not the project. Any project opened on that computer will see the same settings.

However, a user on the same computer with a separate login will have their own settings.

If you copy that project to another PC, that PC has it's own settings.
