RSLogix5000 Error

Will some one help me wth this, I open two programs and trying to
copy a rung from one program(1) offline to the program(2) online, as soon as I click copy or Ctrl-c, the program (2) closed and see this error, see attachment. I have to reboot my laptop to view the program again. The program(2) is on Version V13.0300, the prgram(1) IS v16.000.

Fatal Error in 16.03

When copying from older versions into 16.03 I get a fatal error and the software goes out to lunch. I am not aware of this issue happening on my system prior to 16.03.

You must have lastes revisions of old versions for 16.03 to work.

Do I read this correctly and they versions I am copying from must be upgraded to 16.03 in order to copy into a 16.03 version?

No, you can stay in current major rev.

If you copy for example from v13 to v 16, then ver 13 must be 13.04
V13.00 or 13.01 may not work.
