S7 1200 CPU output ON Simultaneously

Dear All
I am using Siemens CPU S7 1200 1214C DC/DC/DC with 122 Digital outputs (10 O/P from CPU and 7 no,s DO16 Modules)
My question is Can I switch ON and OFF the output simultaneously? I have develop a square wave using two timers and frequency is about 150Hz. and all outputs are connected to the timer based square wave generator.
