S7-200 Cpu 226 port problem

i have a S7-200 cpu 226. it has 2 port. port 0 & port 1.
but port 0 is not working (hardware problem). So i cant communicate with this PLC. but i have to download the program from PLC.

So how can i download the program from this PLC where port 0 is not working?

It is possible that the port is configured for "Freeport" which means you cannot go on-line while the PLC is in run mode.
Try placing the PLC to stop mode and see if you can go on-line.
If it is an actual bad port I'm not sure what to do.
Hopefully someone else on here may offer a solution.

i think port 1 is bad but port 0 is ok...
How can i communnicate with cpu 226 from port 1?

You can use either Port for programming, I regularly have an HMI connected to Port 0 and program using Port 1. Tell us what error message you get and maybe we can help.
