it is normal behaviour,when I uploaded program from s7-200 cpu and there is no requirement for v memory even if there is a lot of USS library elements?
Library management tab shows "the instruction library requires 0 bytes of global v-memory".....
From my experience,when I create new project with USS I must always allocate V-memory....
