We want to data collect from plcs and making archive.3 pieces S7-300 (Only exist mpi port)and 1 piece S7-1200 (exist ethernet port). We are looking for optimal solution. Is there a smart solution?

I would add an ethernet module to the S7-300. A CP343-1 LEAN is not so expensive.
Then you have ethernet from both PLCs that can be connecetd directly to your PC.

On the PC there can be expensive solutions, typically with an OPC server for connecting to the PLC and an OPC client for storing the data in a database.
An inexpensive solution is Deltalogic Easylog.

WinCC Flexible 2008 Advanced, and WinCC v11 Advanced are the same just two different generations.
Yes you can use either with a PC RT license, and with an Archives license you can also log values.
