Scale with parameters?

Nope.
500 is 500, not 5.00.

Although you could have an implied decimal. Sometimes the plc will be scaled 0-500 and then divided by 100 in the HMI to get decimal displays.
 
Could always set your SCP instruction to write to a F8 file to get the decimal point, and then truncate all the decimal places you don't want with the HMI...
ML1000s don't support floating point integers though
