Sicam pass experet in need

I will really appreciate if I can get help here​

Please note that I am new in SICAM PAS.​

I have the following System, please see attached image.​

1- HMI 1, HMI 2, SICAM Unit 1, & SICAM Unit 2 are connected together and I can ping them [FONT=&quot][/FONT]​

​

Easily "so in NW issue things are fine"​

​

2- HMI 1 is a duplicated project from HMI 2​

​

3- HMI 2 RT is working fine and establishing connection with SICAM PAS Unit 1 & 2. No problem at all​

​

4- HMI 1 is not establishing any connection with both SICAM PAS Unit and Redundancy function also is not working.​

I am really stuck here and am trying to find out the reason but "no idea" note that your kind support is appreciated ​
