Siemens ET200S IM-151-8 PN/DP CPU to Rockwell Allen Bradley L73 Communication

I was trying to communicate between Siemens ET200S IM-151-8 PN/DP CPU to Rockwell Allen Bradley L73 through Hilscher Gateway NT100-RE-EN. Using Mapping Protocol Profinet IO Device-Ethrnet IP Adapter/Slave in Hilscher Gateway. Rockwell Side Configuration is showing healthy but in siemens side it was showing "Incorrect Module in slot: 1,2 & Incorrect Sub modules". Anyone Please suggest what to do. is Hilscher is Gateway is supported in ET200S IM-151-8 PN/DP CPU???
