Siemens S5-100U RLO status

dear All,

i am working on the step5 of Siemens. after successful upload program and going online but RLO data is not updating.
In Tset>Status block> OB1. program is coming but RLO status not coming.
Does any body has idea. one old machine debugging.

The block you are trying to monitor is not being executed, or the section of code you are observing is being skipped by jump commands (JC or JU) further up in the block.

But OB1 can't be jump until we use jump condition.
If you see my screen shot it is ob1 without jump.
In all program any block status. Its value not showing
