Hi

I came across a dongle " for the want of a better word" a while back that would let me go online to a Siemens S5 plc while also leaving the OP hmi plugged in also.
Its just I cant recall waht it was called or what site I saw it on. Any help would be great thanks.

That was probably a serial to Current Loop converter. The OP15 had the ability to allow 'pass through' , where the programming cable could be plugged into the programming port of the OP15, and allow a pass through connection to the S5 AS511 port. Same port the OP15 communicates with the S5
