Siemens S5 PLC switch of Outputs

The comms go of and then you wait 5sec and then every thing is back to normal, Thats when you start the plant from the SCADA

I am using the H1 . I am sending and reiciving data from PLC1 to PLC2. The SCADA is reading data from PLC1 and PLC2. PLC1 is ok PLC2 is where the problem is the scada comms go down

If you disconnect the SCADA do you get the same problem?
Has there been any changes to the SCADA PC? (e.g. could it have a virus?, or has it been upgraded recently?)

What goes on in FB211? I was wondering if I65.6 is an input back from the fan contactor and is being used to latch the output?
