Siemens TD17 connects to s5-115u plc

Hi,
I try to connect Siemens text panel TD17 to S5-115U plc. For PLC to communicate with S5-115U CPU, I need the standard function block and I don't know where to get. I hope some one help and point me to the right direction.
S5-115U with CPU941 ti 944, file name:S5TD50ST.s5d will has standard funtion block in it.

Files that end with ST.S5D are basically the S5 PLC program.
