Simens tp070 problem

TP070 was worked well for the last few years. Today after power failure and Power Resume, in the display TP070 START MENU only appears. After pressing the START button, the screen is becoming blank after 10 seconds same START MENU appears. As we do not have the backup for this. How to solve the problem?
The configuration menu also working fine, While pressing TRANSFER , "Connecting to Host" message only appears.
How to enter into Windows CE OS to check settings in control panel?
Anyone help
