SINT to String

I am trying to convert an array of SINT's into a String, any advice?

Do the SINTs contain ASCII encoded characters? If not, what do they contain?

Will the resultant string always be the same length or is something (like encountering a zeroed SINT) determine the length?

The SINTs do contain ASCII encoded Characters.

The String will always be the same length.

I came up with this. Modify the length as needed.
