I have a problem on machine with a Sinumerik 805 CNC.

I’m getting error message “6000 - PLC user alarm”. I know enough about it to understand that this is an alarm generated in the step 5 program in the CNC, but I am unable to find what’s causing it. I have a copy of the program but with no comments.

I assume that somewhere in the program a bit is being set which causes this alarm, anyone know which bit I should be looking for?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi,
plese check the flag from M100.0 to 103.7 when alarm is displayed and then search the address in step 5 program.
