I just purchased a 1747-OS302 firmware upgrade kit (Ser A, Rev A, FRN 11) from my local distributor. However, when I go through the set-up instructions, I get two error indications:

  1. The FLT, DH485 and BATT LEDs illuminate, indicating an "Incompatible platform"
  2. The FLT, FORCE, DH485, RS232 & BATT LEDs illuminate, but the documentation provided doesn't say what this indicates.
Suggestions?

FYI, the original processors are: 1747-L532 Ser "A", OS 1747-OS300 Ser "A", FRN "2".

See technote ID# 14817

Your series A hardware may only be flashed to FRN 1 to 4.
Series B, C, and D hardware will accept all FRNs.
