When you set up the programs for the new CPUs, be sure to add diagnostic files for all the channels. Then, if one of them starts acting up, you should be able to pinpoint it much easier.

Solved. Replaced processors with 5/05. Took two hours to set up network and another two to set up HMI & SCADA systems.
