You can purchase it from any GEIP supplier, locate yours here:

Ask them for either QuickDesigner or Proficy ME View for QuickPanel.
Typically the Proficy ME software is much less money.
Also verify that you have the proper download cable. The GEIP part number is HMI-CAB-C49 for the older units without Ethernet.
