software step5 error

Hi,

I just installed PCMCIA to RS232 from BRANBOXES in my notebook DELL VOSTRO 1310.
In notebook I installed STEP5 software.
When I want to make an ONLINE, there is error message appear as attached.

SYSTEM MESSAGE NO : 0334

Please help me to solve this problem because I do not know the meaning of this error code.

Thanks mangletech I had the same problem a while back luckily I had another laptop and sorted the problem out.
Having read the siemens advice I had a PCMIA modem newly installed in the siemens laptop that had this error - that's probably why it didn't work.
I will remove the modem and check it again.
