Isn't there a button that should be placed somewhere in a display to stop the execution of the program?

I can't think of what it's even called

thank you

yes there is usually a shutdown button hidden somewhere. I password protect mine using animation and a compare function in the plc. Another thing ive seen done is the shutdown button being a single pixel in the corner of the screen.

You want a "Go To Config" button somewhere. Often this is on a maintenance screen and may be password protected. This can be a time saver getting to system settings without having to reboot it and hope for a little white box to appear.
