Hopefully you can download from WAGO site:

if not - I went to Wago support:
http://wago.us/support/download-wizard/overview/
and put :
SysLibSockets.lib in the search hole ...

Neither of those links provided the SysLibSockets.lib

The top one was modbus, the lower one provided me the search and that only gave me more links to modbus.
