[TIA portal] How to edit multiple data in Text and Graphic List

Hi everyone

As a topic title, I want to edit

ALARM01_1

ALARM02_1

ALARM03_1

....

ALARMxx_1

to

ALARM01_2

ALARM02_2

ALARM03_2

...

ALARMxx_2

in Text and Graphic List of TIA (ver18).

I also export it to excel list then edited.
When I import excel to TIA,the new data(ALARM01_2,...) have already imported.

But the Coss-reference of old data (ALARM01_1,...) wasn`t transfered to new data.

Could you please advice me?

I do not understand which texts you are referring to or what you want to achieve.
Maybe a couple of screenshots can illustrate the issue.
