I am trying to connect Telesis TMC470 to CompactLogix via Ethernet IP. I have setup the IP in the TMC470 controller, but I am not able to connect. What else I need to do?

Telesis doesn't have a built in Ethernet-IP adapter, I believe they use a Anybus adapter serial adapter or some other proprietary widget.
Try this for the IP settings:
Data-SINT
Input Instance 101 size 118
Output Instance 111 size 110
Configuration Instance 128 size 0

There is a pdf manual named "Ethernet IP Manual 70687B" that should be available on the web.

If you're in SE MI call Phil Theaker at PTR Sales in Walled Lake, he can steer you to what you need.
