Trouble using Ultraware to configure Kinetix 3

I have an Allen Bradley Kinetix 3 (several actually) that I am attempting to get going. I am trying to configure them over the 2090-CCMPCDS-23AA03 cable from a pc using the Ultraware software. I can't seem to get Ultraware to find the drive with a scan. I do have the serial port set to what I understand to be the correct baud rate and com port. Any suggestions?
