Trying to get HMI program from Ber Panel PC

Hi all,
I have a BeR Panel PC running Factory Talk ViewME. I need to upload program from HMI. Can I just copy the .mer file from the HMI to a flash drive or do I need to do an upload with Factory Talk Studio? If I have to upload, I have never done that before. I will need some guidance. Thank you for any advice.
