Uniop panel

The Uniop panel I have has a password to access the Configuration mode. Is there a way to bypass it? I have tried all combos that I can think of.

Do you have the project software? (The passwords are also visible in the offline project...)

If I remember correctly you can power down and power back up holding your fingers in the 2 top corners as it powers up? I had this happen to me and there is a back door but that was 8-10 yrs ago? Try blocking all corners if that does not work. I think I got this from the manual?

We have an old touch screen model, the ECT-16. Tapping the screen rapidly (around 2 times a second) while it powers up will make it boot into a calibration mode. After the calibration procedure, it sits in configuration mode where the project can be up/downloaded.

We have a couple other models in service, but configuration mode isn't password protected, so I've never had to learn how to make them boot to configuration mode.

Dear friends,
I've uploaded a project from a uniop (ek-04) and download it to a new idetical one using designer6, all is alright!.. but the problem is that when i download the project(while the uniop in cofig. mode) , the downloading in pc side is achieved successfully but the uniop screen become empty when download is complete!..when i turn it off and power it on , the texts on the screen appear (self test ..the.. uniopver4.40 operation mode) then the screen become empty and no text or software appear on it!..
please help me to solve this problem...
