upgrade old version plc S7

Hi all

I have 2 pc with 2 version of Siemens PLC.
in old pc i can't use newest cpu like CPU 315-2ag10.
i try copy S7lib in new version and replace the old one but doesn't work ,how to do without cd upgrade

The old version is Step7 V3.2 and the new one is V6.0

You can buy an upgrade.
However, watch out that your version of STEP7 isnt too old.
I remember an upgrade that was only valid for upgrading v3.x or v4.x to V5.0. I had one v2.0 license that couldnt be upgraded.
I think yoy will be OK, but check with your supplier just to be sure.

The problem is how to get the new CPU in the HW Confic.
on the Hardware catalog is only old version CPU's
Which data must copy to get the new CPU's
I try to copy S7Lib but not there

Use the attached file to import the module data into HW Config (unzip first).

HW Config
-> Options
-> Edit Catalog Profile
-> Profile
-> Import...
-> (enter the name of the attached file)
-> search for your module under:
SIMATIC 300
CPU-300
CPU 315-2 DP
6ES7 315-2AG10-0AB0
