Versa View 1500W computer error

Hello friends;
Good day. I have a Versa View 1500W from allon Bradley.
During machine running the HMI is hault nothing response from it.
I restarted it and it gives me Error message " NO SYNC " at black blank screen?

What it means and how i sove it?

"NO SYNC" is a typical video display error message.

The computer either has a faulty video card, or a loose connection between the video card and the display. Take it apart and find out.
