vHMIABE and ControlLogix Strings

Does anyone know if, when reading strings from a Logix processor, you use a Memory_Type of ControlLogix_Struct or ST_String as with a SLC processor? Somewhere I recall in the AB docs that a String type is actually a structure (i.e. one element is ascii and another is length).
