Wincc Fexible 2008 problem

I have WinCC flexible problem, need help!
WinCC flexible 2008 worked well before, but today it suddently has problem. when I start it, It can't open edit window, see picture. who know the reasons?

Hello,

I see a lot of software installed on your PC.
Siemens + Windows = Sindows, that doesn't like many other software packages sometimes. WinCC Flex 2008 uses SQL Server 2005 if I remember well, have you installed something recently that conflicts with the database... maybe an SQL Server 2008 ?
Can you do a PC recovery to the moment where WinCC Flex still worked ?

I personally prefer to install Siemens software on a VM seperated from other automation software brands.

I recently installed Siemens S7-200 smart, because I need it to program a project. but s7-200 smart is Siemens PLC software, when install it, it didn't say anything about conflicts. and I reinstalled WinCC flexible, it also didn't say conflicts
