hello all ...i need some answer ..hopely some1 could help with my question ...

1) can we run the appilaction just using wincc runtime ?
if any other such as ALM and other application are failed to operate ..exmaple i cant run the winnc to change password or
any confugaration it show license failed.

just hrs ago .1 of the old system pc crash again.and i just swap the seagate harddisk to other pc ..
i hope it not bad disscusion i made too.🔨
