Wincc Flexible Alarm Storage Flash drive stop working

Hello Experts

I am using as flash drive for Alarm storage purpose for OP (Wincc flexible 2008). It was working fine from more than an year , but it suddenly stop working and NO alarms are shown in alarm banner now .

Configuration OK , 2 other OP with same config for other machine working fine .

Is this issue about "write acces and service life of storage media" ?

Please advise ,
