WinCC upgrade v7.4 to v7.5

Good afternoon

We are upgrading from v7.4 to v7.5.
This isn't something that i have done before.
We have 3 clients, and 1 server.
We currently have:
WinCC Rc 7.4
WinCC RT 7.4
10 WinCC data monitor clients
WinCC databridge 7.4

How do I proceed with this?
