WinCC V6.0 sp3 (CP1613) to S5 plc U135 (CP1430)

Hello PLC / SCADA guru's.

I have a problem getting an connection online.

I want to connect with SCADA softare Wincc V6.0 SP3 with an (CP1613)com card to an S5 plc (135U) with an S5 (CP1430) com card.

Does anyone know how i have to configue this connection ?????
(WinCC and the 2 cards)

I hope you can help me further with my quest.....
