Xycom asic-200 version 5.0 site key

Is there any way to generate a site key for Xycoms asic-200 ver 5.0 software.
We had to reinstall the software and were instructed to call Xycom for the site key but they were bought by Proface and they cannot support this software

If you have the installation and key installation disks, use the key installation disk and try to remove the installed key.
then reinstall it.

if the hard drive went bad, insert the license key disk and run the software that way.
