What did it fix,and what did it mess up?In the past some of the hot fixes are worse than the problem I started with.

I run V5.3 SP3 and since installation,I've had no real problems that spring to mind - Quite stable!

Alot of the time, its individual to the Laptop/PC your running and the various App's clashing with each other.
