1769-HSC module

Greetings everyone,

I'm looking at the wiring diagram for the 1769-HSC module, and I don't see how one would wire 4 discrete inputs to it. I can see 3 inputs in the diagram attached, wired between A1+/A1-, B1+/B1-, and Z1+/Z1-. Where does one wire the 4th input?
