report print to PDF

Download either of these two…

http://www.cutepdf.com/

The last one, CutePDF doen’t have a pop-up like pdf995 does.

When you install them, they are installed as a printer so when you go to print your report you select it as the printer and it creates the PDF and saves it where you tell it to.

Hope this helps.

how do you print a report to PDF using RS 500 using version 6.20?

and using abode reader 8

You need a PDF printer driver utility. I use Adobe Acrobat which has this built in.

There are some utilities out there you can buy, or someone my have a link to a shareware program

Third vote for CutePDF

I use CutePDF as my default printer driver for everything, including RSLogix reports. It's cheap and very useful.

PDFCreator is yet another free option that I like to use. The professional version of Adobe Acrobat has a few advantages in that you can also edit pdfs.
