We've got some 1734-AENT Point IO modules left over from a project. Does anybody know which processors these can be used with aside from the Contrologix and Compactlogix platform? Is the Micrologix 1100 an option? What about the new Micro800 series?

You're correct about the compatibility of the 1734-AENT: you can use it with the ControlLogix-family controllers only.

MicroLogix 1100/1400 and SLC-5/05 cannot function as I/O scanners on EtherNet/IP, and the Micro 800 doesn't have any EtherNet/IP capability that I know about (and isn't shipping yet).

While it is technically possible to read and write the I/O and configuration assemblies of the 1734-AENT with SLC-5/05 and MicroLogix 1100/1400, it is not practically feasible and is strongly discouraged.
