Factory Talk Asset Center Questions

I am in the progress of setting up a factory talk asset center application. I am a little confused on the whole sequence. I was hoping someone could give a broad overview of the process. I want to do the following:

1. Have employees log-in to go online with a PLC
2. Be able to see when changes are made to a PLC
3. Restrict access to certain individuals
