GSV/SSV Invalid operand

Hi,
I have a controllogix 1756-62 and it always popup a minor fault as attachement picture
Watchdog fail.png
the gsv/ssv invalind operand only show when executing the instruction on line 4 & 5.
any idea would be appreciated to solve it.
