How to start timer for 10 sec for the given ladder

I have attached image of my ladder.
I am using siemens plc s7 cpu 226 dc/dc/dc.
I want to start timer as soon as input is given to it.
I want to open the valve for the time timer is on what i have to change in my ladder?
As siemens plc do not have facility for such timer what changes i need in my ladder?
