Have an issue with a couple of KTP700F HMI's that gets stuck on the startup in the Windows screen and not loading the HMI project. THis is not the bootloader issue.

Current Image Version: V17.00.00.00.00_42.01

All that I can think of is to update the HMI FW and reset to factory defaults, else is there any other recommendations?

I'm not familiar with that line, but generally that message means the device powered up with a button already pushed. If it's a touch screen, try cleaning the screen (gently and carefully without solvents). If it has hardware buttons, it's probably one of them starting to stick. Not a lot you can do about it without repairing/replacing the unit. I sincerely doubt the firmware is the issue unless they're brand new units, but I guess it's possible.

for future reference, updating the firmware and runtime to update V17 update 6 resolved the issue.
To reset to factory defaults was not necessary.

Other thing that was noticed was that the runtime and firmware did not match which might also have been the cause of the issue
