We have a configuration file in a PanelMate 3000 10 Pg touchpanel which we need to transfer to a spare PanelMate 3000 30 Pg touchpanel we have (as the touchpads are wearing out).
We have uploaded the .PC1 configuration file from the 10 Pg unit using the Common Platform Configuration software (on a DOS laptop).
We changed the details of the configuration file to reflect the 30 Pg unit. This created a .PC2 file.
We then went about downloading the file sets to the 30 Pg unit (in the order 1. Executive Firmware, 2. Options, 3. Drivers and 4. User Configuration).
When we go to the step to download Options (the 'Graphics' option) the Common Platform Configuration software looks for a file(s) on A: (diskette), however, we do not have a copy of the graphics options file for this series of PanelMate. This generates an error and we cannot continue.
We are unsure of where / how to get the graphics / options file set for the Common Platform Configuration software. It does not appear to be available from the Eaton website.
