How does one get past the password requirement to access the setup (configuration) screen when the user name and password are lost/not known?? Need this bad, guys!!!! Thanks

One "gets past" this issue by obtaining the said username/password combination or by "ControlFlashing" the terminal firmware and returning the HMI to (almost) shelf-state.
