PLC & HMI Communication error with 6kva motor noise what is solution to avoid

What is solution for PLC to HMI communication error while motor
start taking high current(6KVA-LOAD)
As load takes hi current at start(apx 6 times)
1)May use ferrite core in between plc & hmi communication error
2)Proper electronic earth for PLC and HMI
 
What kind of communication?

The first step would be to move the communication cable away from the high current. Did you happen to run the communication cable along side the conductors going to the motor?
